Conduct condition surveys or surveys for historical buildings
Many owners or heritage consultants are unable to estimate the scope and cost of the project because of a lack of tools and manpower. Our team can provide building survey or measurement services, such as identifying the source and locations of roof leakage; check the degree of deterioration of the wooden beams and whether there is any sign of termite; check the debonded areas of the wall, etc., to assist the owner or consultants to have a comprehensive grasp of the building’s condition
Open-up survey and sampling at historical buildings
The construction methods and materials of many historical buildings need to be determined through open-up or sampling tests. Our team can provide such services and will also ensure that no damage will be caused to the building during the open-up or sampling process
